Step by Step Return/Exchange Process
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
All products must be shipped back unworn and with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for a refund. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded.
In case you want to return/exchange your sandals:
1. Contact us at email@example.com with the order number and the return reason.
2. We will send you shipping instructions to return your Plakas.
When packaging up the sandals, please include all the original contents that came with the shoes.
Plaka Ltd. will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
A full refund or store credit will be issued after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not worn and labels were not removed (within 72 hours of receiving the return).
In the case of refunds, once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund.
In the case of store credits, you will be notified by email once the store credit is issued (within 24-48 hours of receiving the return).
